摘　　要：优秀教师对教学质量的提高具有重要的作用,美国的优秀教师以其良好的人格魅力赢得了很多人的尊重,在教学方面的成绩也引人注目;了解美国公立中小学优秀教师的人格特征,对我国培养更多的优秀教师具有重要的指导意义。Excellent teachers plays an important role to improve the quality of teaching.With good personality charm America＇s excellent teacher won more respect in the teaching.Understanding the American public schools excellent teacher＇s personality has important guiding significance to cultivate more and more excellent teachers in our country.
