摘 要:目的探讨多媒体技术在耳鼻喉科进修医师教学中的应用。方法选择32名进修医师,按教学方式不同分为两组。对照组采用传统教学法授课,观察组多媒体技术辅助教学。学习结束前后实施理论考试;在学习结束后,依据进修医师在科内工作期间的动手能力给予技能评分。结果观察组在学习结束后的基础理论和临床技能得分均优于对照组。结论多媒体技术适合用于耳鼻喉科进修医师的教学,能使进修医师取得更理想的成绩。Objective To explore the role of multi-media teaching in the ENT physician training. Methods 32 further-study professionals were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received traditional teaching methods(n = 16), and the experimental group received the multi-media teaching method (n = 16). After the training, all trainees would take the theory test and skill assessment. Results The basic theory and clinical skill scores of the experimental group are better than the control group at the end of the training. Conclusion Multi-media teaching method is very suitable for ENT refresher training.
