摘　　要：对目前国内外以及昆明地区全科医师转型培训的教学方式进行了探讨,分析了目前在全科医师转型培训中面临的一般情况、学习情况、教学管理三个方面的问题,提出解决思路,希望在今后的培训中能为昆明地区乃至其他地区目前在培训中面临的问题给予一些建议和解决办法,以此对全科医师转型培训提供一些可供借鉴的思路和方式。This text passes to lead to go into basic concept,The introduction is domestic and international currently and region in Kunming The general practice doctor transforms the teaching method of training.Analysis some problem that face in the general practice doctor the transformation the training currently for example：General circumstance,study circumstance,the teaching manage.Put forward solving way of thinking,Hope in aftertime＇s training is the problem which faces in the training currently to other regions to give for region in Kunming some suggestions and solution,Transform a training to provide some way of thinking and ways which can be provided to draw lessons from to the general practice doctor with this.
