摘　　要：学生实践技能的培养是应用型本科院校通信工程专业人才培养的一个重要方面。长沙学院在应用型本科定位的基础上,结合通信工程专业发展的需要,对通信工程专业学生进行了实践技能培养的教学改革,实践证明,这些改革措施可以有效提高应用型本科通信工程专业学生的实践创新能力,并为学生今后的就业打下良好的基础。The cultivation of practical skills of students is an important aspect of the talent-training in the specialty of applied undergraduate communication engineering specialty.Changsha College has reformed the cultivation of students＇ practical skills in the specialty of the communication engineering specialty in combination with the need for the development of the communication engineering specialty based on the positioning of an applied undergraduate college.The practice has proved that these measures can effectively improve the students＇ practical innovative ability in the applied undergraduate communication engineering specialty and lay a good foundation for the employment of the students in the future.
