高校科研与人才培养的关系

摘　　要：现代社会是知识经济社会,要求人们的知识、能力、素质、个性协调发展,才能与之相适应。高校人才培养的含义,不仅包括学生的培养,还包括教师的培养。通过科研实践的锻炼,可以大大提高教师的素质,从而为有效地培养学生的能力提供保障。学生通过参与科学研究,个体潜能得以挖掘、培养和发挥,个体素质得到有效地提高。因此,科研是提高高校人才培养质量的重要途径。Today,the society is witnessing the knowledge economy.It requires the people to develop their knowledge,capability,caliber and character comprehensively to fit in with the society.The training of talents in a college includes the training of students as well as the training of teachers.The calibers of the teachers can be promoted by carrying out the scientific research and accordingly the quality of the student training can be guaranteed.The students can explore and cultivate their potential capabilities,and improve their calibers by taking part in the scientific research.To sum up,participating in the scientific research is an important way to ameliorate the quality of education in college.
