综合职业能力培养下的中职学校师资队伍建设

摘　　要：培养中职生的综合职业能力是中等职业学校的核心培养目标。由于教师队伍的整体素质不能很好地适应学生综合职业能力的培养,中职学校对核心培养目标的贯彻落实并不到位。本文从调整教师队伍结构,多渠道多形式进行在职教师的培训、提高教师的综合职业能力,注重"双师型"教师培养、提高专业课教师的实践操作水平等方面提出了以中职生综合职业能力培养为核心,建设高水平的师资队伍的建议。Cultivate the secondary vocational student＇s comprehensive vocational ability is secondary vocational school＇s core training goal.Due to the overall quality of the contingent of teachers can not well adapt to the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive vocational ability,the implement of secondary schools＇core cultivating goal is inadequate.This paper puts forward advice of coring as the secondary vocational students comprehensive vocational ability training to construct the high level teachers.
