对我国中小企业思想政治工作现状的思考分析

摘　　要：思想政治工作是搞好经济工作和其它一切工作的有力保证,近年来,我国中小企业异军突起,成为国民经济的重要增长点,也是解决就业问题的中流砥柱,中小企业的思想政治工作情况不仅关乎企业本身的经营方向,更是关乎国民经济走向。本文通过对我国中小企业思想政治工作的现状及其原因的分析,提出了一些改进措施,以期能为今后中小企业思想政治工作的发展提供建议。Ideological and political work is a powerful guarantee of economic work and other all work,in recent years,the small and medium-sized enterprises becomes a new force that suddenly rise,and an important growth point of civil economy,meanwhile they play significant roles in employment.So the small and medium-sized enterprises not only concerns about the its own direction of management but also the direction of national ecnomy.This paper analyses the current situation and causes of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China and gives some advices to it.
