摘　　要：在分析当代大学生心理健康现状和独立学院学生心理特征的基础上,较为详细地阐述独立学院辅导员开展大学生个别谈心工作的一般方法。Based on the analysis of psychological health status of contemporary university students and psychological character- istics of independent college students, the thesis explores the methods of a heart-to-heart talk between instructor and college students in independent college.
