摘　　要：本研究旨在了解10项职业辅导项目在北京某研究型大学702名2010届毕业研究生中的普及率和使用率,检验职业辅导是如何影响研究生的求职成功(求职时间长短、获得录用通知的数量和工作满意度)及单位类型选择的。结果发现:半数以上的被调查者了解就业中心提供的某一项职业辅导服务,但各种职业辅导项目的使用率相对悬殊。女生和贫困生相比男生和非贫困生更多地了解和使用职业辅导项目。某些职业辅导项目对使用者获得录用通知总数和单位类型选择有显著的影响。This study examined whether 702 postgraduates were aware of and used career guidance programs offered by the career center located in one research-oriented university in Beijing, and finally, whether the participation of career guidance was related to job-search success and career choices. Findings indicated that the majority of participants were aware of career guidance but used less. Female postgraduates and those with economic disadvantages were more likely aware of and preferred using career programs than their counterparts. Par- ticipants of specific career programs seemed to have more job offers and prefer choosing spe- cific working units. The implications of results are discussed for university career services.
