摘 要:目的了解在职护士的学习风格分布情况,为授课教师选择教学策略提供参考。方法采用Felder学习风格问卷,对中国医科大学附属第一医院的209名护士进行横断面调查,探索其学习风格分布情况。结果护士在学习态度维度上,以平衡型居多;在学习方式维度上,感觉型占大多数;在学习感官维度上,图像视觉型和平衡型居多;在学习思考模式维度上,以平衡型最多。学习风格在年龄分布上差异无统计学意义;在学习方式维度上,护士的学历分布差异存在统计学意义。结论学习风格分布情况将为完善护士院内培训模式提供参考和借鉴。Objectives To understand the distribution of learning styles among in-service nurses in order to provide a reference for the choice of teaching strategy.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 209 nurses of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University with Felder's Learning Style Questionnaire.Results The majority of the nurses were balanced learners in the learning attitude dimension,sensing learners in the learning type dimension,visual and balanced learners in the learning sense dimension and balanced learners in the learning thinking dimension.No significant difference was found among the subgroups of different ages.The significant differences were found among the subgroups of different education levels in the learning type dimension.Conclusions The distribution of in-service nurses' learning styles might provide a reference for improving hospital-based training model.
