混合动力液压挖掘机节能的研究

摘　　要：针对传统液压挖掘机油耗高、排放差、作业过程中能量浪费严重的特点,通过对目前市场上混合动力液压挖掘机的调研,总结了各厂家机型以及所用技术,提出了新的节能技术,结合某公司23t混合动力液压挖掘机进行了建模和理论仿真,装机功率和节能效果达到预定的目标。For conventional excavator＇s characteristics of high consumption,emissions worse,serious waste of energy during the operation, and through research about the current situation of hybrid excavator in the market,summarized the excavator models and technology used by manufacturers,and proposed a new energy-saving technology. According to one company＇s 23 tons hybrid excavator,establisher the model and simulated for the system,the engine power and energy-saving effciency achieve the expected results.
