摘　　要：针对我校基础工业工程课程特点及课程教学中存在的主要问题,提出了基础工业工程课程教学的改革思路,并对如何激发学生的创新能力、提高教学效果和教育质量进行了积极有效的探索与实践,取得了一定的成效。Focused on the features of The Fundamentals of Industrial Engineering and the main problems in teaching it,the paper proposed the reform ideas and performed the effective exploration and practice how to stimulate creativity of students and improve teaching effectiveness and educational quality.
