摘　　要：高度重视师德建设，造就高素质的教师队伍，就要摒弃师德建设不良现象，把提高认识统一思想作为前提基础，把提高职业道德水准作为重点内容，把提高教书育人能力作为重要支撑，把提高组织领导水平作为根本保证，为推进我国高校教育事业发展和改革服务。Takes the teacher~ ethics construction highly, accomplishes the high quality the teacher troop, must abandon the teacher＇s ethics construction undesirable tendency, the enhancement understanding unification thought took the premise foundation, enhances the occupational ethics standard to take the key content, imparts the ability of knowledge and educates to take the important support, enhancement the leader level to take the basic guarantee, in order to advances our country＇s University education development and the reform serves.
