摘 要:对菊苣全草的化学成分进行分离鉴定。采用溶剂提取、萃取、反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、制备薄层色谱法等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果显示分离得到6个化合物,鉴定为橙黄胡椒酰胺(2S,2′S-Aurantiamide acetate,Ⅰ)、对羟基苯乙酸甲酯(methyl p-hydroxyl benzeneacetate,Ⅱ)、木犀草素-7-O--βD-葡萄糖苷(luteolin-7-O--βD-glucoside,Ⅲ)、木犀草素(luteolin,Ⅳ)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,Ⅴ)、(-谷甾醇((-sitosterol,Ⅵ)。由此可知,化合物Ⅰ为首次从本属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅱ为首次从菊苣中分离得到。To investigate the chemical constitutes of Cichorium intybus L.,the compounds were isolated by means of solvent extraction,Abstraction,chromatography on silica gel,Sephdex LH-20,PLC.The structures were identified by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.Six compounds were isolated from the Cichorium intybus L.and were identified as Aurantiamide acetate(Ⅰ),methyl p-hydroxyl benzeneacetate(Ⅱ),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅲ),luteolin(Ⅳ),caffeic acid(Ⅴ),(-sitosterol(Ⅵ).Aurantiamide Acetate was isolated from the Cichorium genus for the first time;Methyl p-hydroxyl benzeneacetate was isolated from Cichorium intybus L.for the first time.
