三缸集成动力型水泵瞬时流量特性分析

摘  要:利用SolidWorks软件完成了三缸集成动力型水泵的三维装配体建模,将模型存储为Parasolid格式再导入ADAMS软件中,生成一个三缸集成动力型水泵的虚拟样机。通过对虚拟样机运行情况进行仿真模拟,获取水泵的瞬时流量数据,对输出流量的脉动性进行分析研究,给出理论瞬时流量与曲轴转角之间的关系曲线。仿真计算结果表明,在给定工况下,三缸集成动力型水泵流量不均匀系数为35.15%,理论平均流量为15.73m3/h。Based on SolidWorks, the 3 D assembly model of three-cylinder internal combustion pump was established. By storing it as a form of Parasolid and being recognized in ADAMS, the virtual prototype of three-cylinder internal combustion pump was built. The instantaneous flow rate was obtained by model simulation, the flow fluctuation were analysed. The relational curve between the theoretical instantaneous flow rate and the crank angle is presented. Simulation results show that the flow unevenness coefficient of three-cylinder internal combustion pump at a given working situations is 35.15% ,and the theoretical average flow rate is 15.73 m3/h.
