脂肪酶改性醋酸纤维的性能研究

摘  要:采用脂肪酶Lipex 100L对醋酸纤维进行脱乙酰化处理,改善纤维的吸湿、染色等性能;通过脂肪酶处理残液的紫外光谱分析、反应液pH值变化以及染料对纤维的吸附量、回潮率、取代度测试等方法,分析酶处理后反应液中水解产物的产生和纤维表面官能团的变化。结果表明:脂肪酶处理醋酸纤维后,反应液中有水解产物乙酸存在,醋酸纤维的回潮率增加,活性染料对纤维的吸附量增加;回潮率由未改性的6.21%提高到8.38%,活性染料的吸附量由9.34×10^(-4)g提高到10.45×10^(-4)g;但是纤维取代度变化不明显,说明脂肪酶的催化作用仅发生在纤维表面。Lipase Lipex 100 L was used to improve the moisture regain and dyeing behavior of cellulose acetate by deacetylation reaction. The residual liquid of lipase treatment was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrometry.. The change of pH value of the reaction solution, the adsorption capacity of the fiber for dyestuffs, moisture regain and substitution degree were measured. The hydrolysis products of the reaction solution and the surface functional groups of the fiber were analyzed after the lipase treatment. The results showed that after lipase treatment acetic acid generated as the hydrolysis product of the reaction solution, the moisture regain increased to 8.38% from 6.21%, and the adsorption capacity of cellulose acetate for active dyestuff increased to 10.45 × 10 ^-4 g from 9.34 × 10 ^-4 g. The substitution degree of cellulose acetate did not change obviously, which indicated that lipase only provided the catalytic reaction on the surface of the fiber.
