谈工学结合培养模式下的高职院校学籍学历管理工作

摘　　要：高职院校人才培养目标是培养高技能的应用型人才,工学结合培养模式是高职院校的办学方针。高职教育人才培养模式改革的重点是教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性,而学籍学历管理工作是高职院校中一项政策性,责任性和服务性很强的工作,如何做到既能适应高职教育的特点,又能搞好学籍学历管理工作。文章以西安铁路职业技术学院为例,阐述了在工学结合培养模式下高职院校学籍学历管理工作的探索和实践。Goal of higher vocational education is to train the applied talents with high skill. Cultivating model of work-integrated learning is policy of higher vocational colleges. Talent training mode reform of higher vocational education is the focus of practical, open and occupational teaching process, and student status and academic credentials management work in higher vocational colleges is a work about policy, accountability and service. How can we adapt to the characteristics of higher vocational education and improve student status and academic credentials management works at the same time？ Taking Xi＇an Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example, the article presents exploration and practice of student status and academic credentials management in higher vocational colleges in work-integrated learninz training mode.
