摘 要:目的探讨整合型HBV-DNA前C区基因突变与肝细胞癌的关系。②方法应用聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态技术,对29例肝癌、12例慢性肝硬化和14例非肝病病人的肝组织内整合型HBV-DNA前C区进行突变分析。③结果肝癌、肝硬化和正常肝组织中整合型HBV-DNA阳性率分别为96.55%,66.67%和14.29%,组间比较差异有显著性(χ2=29.43,P<0.001),3组整合型HBV-DNA前C区突变率分别为41.6%,25.0%和0,组间比较差异有显著性(χ2=12.44,P<0.05)。④结论肝组织中整合型HBV-DNA前C区突变与肝细胞癌的发生和发展相关。Objective\ To explore the relationship between the gene mutation on precore region of HBV DNA integration and the hepatocellular carcinoma.\ Methods\ The gene mutation on precore region of HBV DNA integration in liver tissues of 29 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma, 12 cases with liver cirrhosis and 14 cases with non liver diseases were detected with PCR SSCP technique.\ Results\ The positive rates of HBV DNA integration among tumor liver tissues, cirrhotic liver tissues and normal liver tissues were 96.55%, 66.67% and 14.29%, respectively. The differences between the three groups were more significant( χ 2=29.43, P <0.001). The gene mutation rates on precore region of HBV DNA integration in three groups were 41.6%, 25.0 % and 0, respectively. The differences between the three groups were significant( χ 2=12.44, P< 0.05).\ Conclusion\ The gene mutation on precore region of HBV DNA integration in liver tissues was associated with the morigenesis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
