摘 要:采用环境友好的超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术制备油茶籽油,考察了压力、时间、温度和二氧化碳流量等因素对茶籽油萃取率的影响,得到优化的工艺参数:当萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度35℃、CO2流量30 L/h、萃取时间为3 h时茶籽油萃取率可高达44.4%。根据中华人民共和国国家标准进行检测的结果表明:超临界二氧化碳流体萃取出的茶籽油,无需进一步精制即可达到国家食用植物油卫生标准GB/T 2716-2005,而除含皂量、水分及挥发物外的指标均达到国家一级茶油标准GB 11765-2003;GC/MS分析结果表明油茶籽油富含73.6%不饱和脂肪酸。实验结果表明:超临界二氧化碳流体技术萃取茶籽油具有操作简便、萃取率高、无溶剂残留、绿色环保等优点,萃取出的茶籽油具有较高的品质和良好的应用前景。The environment -friendly process of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction was used to prepare seed oil from oil - tea camellia seeds, the effects of extraction pressure, temperature, time and CO2 flow rate on the extraction yield of seed oil were investigated. The results showed that the maximum extraction yield of 44.4% was achieved under the conditions of 30 MPa, 35℃ , 3 h and CO2 flow rate 30 L · h ^-1. The quality of the seed oil was tested according to China na- tional standards, and found that the resulting oil - tea camellia seed oil without further treatment met the hygienic standard for edible vegetable oil ( GB/T 2716 - 2005 ), and except the saponified matter content, moisture and volatile matter con- tent, the other parameters also reached the requirements of 1 st grade camellia oil (GB 11765 -2003 ). The GC/MS anal- ysis of the oil - tea camellia seed oil showed it was rich in unsaturated fatty acids (73.6%). The results demonstratd that the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction was a feasible and environment - friendly process to prepare oil - tea camellia seed oil with a high extraction yield and without organic solvent residue, and the resulting camellia seed oil with a high quality would be potential in food and biomedical application.
