摘　　要：20世纪末,"冰毒"、"摇头丸"等新型毒品开始在中国西南边疆民族地区泛滥,对各民族的身心健康、婚姻家庭、人口、道德体系及民族文化等造成了严重冲击和影响,其危害令人痛心。建立健全边疆民族地区强有力的、全方位的新型毒品防御体系迫在眉睫。New drugs such as ＂ice＂ and ＂ecstasy pills＂ etc are abused in southwest ethnic regions during the end of twentieth century and cause severe and grievous impact on body and mind health,marriage and family,population,moral views of various nationalities and national culture.To establish powerful and all-round defense system in frontier national regions is extremely urgent.
