摘 要:为了激发中医本科生对医学统计学知识的学习兴趣,在有限的时间里提高学习效果,在预防医学的教学实践过程中,随机选取了两个本科班级,其中一个班级按照"理论课+实验课"的教学模式,另一个班级采用传统的教学模式,从学生学习成绩和学生自评方式两个方面比较两组的学习效果。结果显示:教改后,学生对教学方式的评价、对统计学的学习兴趣以及学生的学习成绩有明显上升(P<0.05),这为今后进一步深化预防医学改革打下了一定的基础。In order to stimulate the learning interest of TCM undergraduates for health statistics knowledge, improving the learning effect in the limited time, two undergraduate class in teaching practice process of the preventive medicine was selected, one class accord- ing to "theory + experiment" teaching mode, another class adopt the traditional teaching mode, then it was compared that two groups of learning effect including students' grades and the student evaluation of the learning, the result shows that students' grades have signifi- cantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) after the reform of teaching method, there were also statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the students' evaluation of teaching method and their interest of statistics, this laid a foundation for the next further reform of preventive medicine [aid.
