摘　　要：以关联翻译理论为指导,以胡锦涛讲话中"不折腾"的译文为例,从"不折腾"的字面含义、时代内涵和深刻寓意出发,以严谨和科学的态度,提出了自己的译法,期望学术界对此类政治性强的翻译进一步商榷和讨论。This research paper,under the guidance of ＂Relevance Translation Theory＂,proposes its own translation version for ＂Bu zheteng＂ by proceeding from the literal meaning,connotation of the times and the profound morals of the phrase,taking the rigorous and scientific approach,in the hope of further discussion and debate in the academic circles.
