摘  要:中国开展农村饮用水安全工程以来建了很多用于农村饮用水的新井,但建设新井保证水量后仍有很多限制和问题。为发现并解决双鸭山市部分地区农村饮用水源水质的问题,开展双鸭山市农村饮用水水质安全评价研究。结果表明该市农村饮用水水质不安全,农村饮用水水源监测采样点的水质的感官指标的色度和浑浊度、化学指标铁和锰、毒理学指标砷、微生物指标的大肠杆菌和总菌落数均超过生活饮用水卫生标准,超标比例分别为6%、20%、47%、35%、8%、12%和6%。该区农村饮用水水质不安全内在原因是由于地质构造与水文地质条件所致,外在原因是直接供水。建议增加农村饮用水水处理设施、消毒设施和水质检测设备,保证农村饮用水真正安全。Although many new wells are used in the rural drinking water since China started the rural drinking water safety project, it has many limitations and problems. This paper aims to investigate whether drinking water in rural areas of Shuangyashan City in Heilongjiang Province of China meet rural drinking water quality standard. The result reveals that rural drinking water quality is unsafe in the study region. Water quality sensory indexes including chromaticity and turbidity, chemical indexes include errum (Fe) and manganese (Mn),toxicology such as arsenic (As),microbiology indicators including coliforms and total bacterial exceeds normal regulations limit values defined by the drinking water quality healthy standard GB 5749-2006 with percentages of 6%, 20%, 47% 35%, 8%,12% and 6%, respectively. Unsafe water quality is due to geological structure and hydrogeological conditions as well as direct drinking of deep well water. Some Suggestions are put forward to make sure the rural drinking water safety and healthy, including increasing the rural drinking water treatment facilities, disinfection facilities and water quality inspection equipments.
