摘　　要：素质教育是职业教育的重要部分,越来越受到社会各界的高度关注,素质教育与技能要求处于同等重要的地位。通过树立职业素质教育的观念,将学生的素质教育与加强专业建设及教学改革、"校企合作"和"工学结合"等相结合,以项目为导向、以任务为驱动,在技能培养过程中将素质教育贯穿于始终,以达到理想的教学效果。本文介绍了将职业技能教育与素质教育相结合,以培养出适应时代发展的园林工程技术专业的高技能人才。Quality education is an important part of vocation education,it is given close attention to all society.Quality education and technical ability are equal important,adopt intrinsic education and course improvement,guiding to event,driving to task,transversa skill cultivate on the process of intrinsic education.This article will introduce the achievements in the teaching and studying through intrinsic education to the speciality of garden engineering.
