珠三角地区“镇教办”、“教办主任”等“名亡实存”的现象初探

摘　　要：通过深入探寻,发现珠三角地区存在"镇教办"、"教办主任"等"名亡实存"的现象,它是在大的政策环境和当地教育管理环境实际情况的矛盾中所形成的产物。After the enactment of ＂The Decision of Reform and Development on The Basis Education＂, China has carried out the management system based on the countryside. But the Zhujiang Delta Area does not put the policy into effect. This phenomenon is the product of broad policy environment and local environmental education and management of the contradictions in the actual formation.
