摘　　要：分析了影响电火花加工脉冲电源获得窄脉宽的主要因素，研制了纳秒级电火花加工脉冲电源，最小脉宽可达９０．８１ｎｓ。Abstract On the basis of analyzing the main factors in affecting the pulse duration of the pulse generator for EDM,a nanosecond class pulse generator is developed in this paper.The minimum pulse duration of this generator is 90.81ns.
