摘 要:用H2SO4-HC l腐蚀体系对高纯铝箔在不同条件下进行发孔腐蚀实验,在85℃扩孔腐蚀液中以0.15 A/cm2的直流电流扩孔腐蚀600 s,经化成处理后采用静电容量测试仪测量腐蚀箔的比容。研究了HC l浓度、电流密度、时间和温度对腐蚀箔比容的影响规律,利用SEM分析了腐蚀孔的形态变化。结果表明,随着c(HC l)的增加,比容呈先增大后减小的规律,当c(HC l)=2.0mol/L时,比容达到最大值;电流密度、时间、温度对比容的影响也有与c(HC l)类似的规律,比容达到最大值所对应的电流密度、温度和时间分别为0.6 A/cm2,80℃和140 s.当c(HC l)为3 mol/L,电流密度为0.7 A/cm2时,腐蚀箔出现明显"并孔"现象。The creating hole corrosion test of high purity aluminium foil was carried out in different condition under the H2SO4-HCl corrosion system,then enlarging hole corrosion 600s in 85℃ enlarging hole etching solution at 0.15 A/cm2 DC current condition,after formation treatment,the specific capacitance of the foil was measured by static capacity tester.The effect regularity of HCl concentration,current density,time and temperature on the specific capacitance of the foil were studied,and the morphology of corrosion holes were analyzed by SEM.The results show that,with c(HCl) increases,the specific capacitance increases firstly and then decreases,when c(HCl)= 2.0 mol/L,the specific capacitance reaches its maximum;the effect regularity of current density,time and temperature on the specific capacitance are similar to c(HCl),the specific capacitance reaches maximum corresponding to current density,time and temperature is 0.6 A/cm2,80 ℃and 140 s respectively.When c(HCl) 3 mol/L and current density 0.7 A/cm2,the corrosion foil presented obvious "combining hole" phenomenon.
