摘　　要：当前地方院校法学专业要在法学教育中占一席之地,就必须树立一种全新的特色教育观,办出自己的专业特色。其中一个重要环节就是强化法学实践教学的创新,构建"课堂实验实训、专业实习和社会实践"三位一体、四年不断线的实践教学体系,培养能满足多元化社会和创新型国家需要的新型法律人才。In order to take achievements,postgraduate legal education in local universities must establish a new view of law education,and run its professional characteristics.An important aspect is to strengthen the innovation in teaching of law practice,and to construct ＂classroom practice,professional internships and social practice＂ teaching system,cultivating new legal talents who can satisfy the needs of diversified social and innovative country.
