摘　　要：本文基于作者在美国约翰·霍普金斯大学医学院研修的经历,介绍了美国医学院利用课题组研讨会、以实验室或科室为单位的研讨会、以学院或学校为单位组织的研讨会、国内相关领域的研讨会以及国际性学术会议等不同级别研讨会培养医学研究生的教育模式,期待能对我国研究生教育提供可资借鉴的经验.The postgraduate students have been trained by different discussion courses in Johns Hopkins University in the USA. These courses include lab meeting, seminar, conference, national congress and international congress. It would be helpful to provide the experience for the medical graduate education of our country.
