摘  要:21世纪体育教学的重要目标是改变传统的教学机制,建立学生自主学习和教师主导教育相结合的教学机制。而健美操是在音乐伴奏下,融舞蹈、体育和肢体文化于一体的新型现代体育运动项目,因此为了充分体现健美操的课程特色,更好地激发师生"教与学"的积极性和主动性,培养学生自主、协作和创造的精神,将分组互助教学法应用于高校健美操课的教学过程中,并与传统的教学方法进行了实验比较。One of the most important goals of physical education in 21st Century is transforming the traditional teaching mechanism into the methodology that unites students' autonomous learning with teacher-directed education.The aerobics is a new modern sports event which is accompanied by music,mixes dance,sports and physical culture in one item.Therefore,in order to fully reflect the characteristics of aerobics courses,stimulate students and teachers' enthusiasm on "teaching and learning" and foster students' spirits of autonomy,collaboration and creativity,this paper applies the teaching methodology of grouping mutual assistance into aerobics courses in colleges,and then it compares this methodology with traditional teaching methods.
