摘　　要：探讨科学的师德内涵,分析新时期高校师德存在的问题,提出重构新时期师德规范,包括健全师德考评制度、强化师德监督机制、加强师德建设的法制化、建立师德行为的回报机制。Discussing science of teacher＇s morality connotation,analysising of universities in the new era ethics problems and putting forward new period reconstruction ethics standard,including perfecting evaluation system,strengthen ethics ethics supervision mechanism and reinforcing the construction of legal system,establishing ethics behavior of the reward system.
