摘 要:运用双阀芯控制系统的优点,针对液压挖掘机工作装置不同的工况,提出基于流量控制与压力控制的组合控制方案,实现流量不受负载变化的影响,同时降低系统背压。根据控制方案建立了联合仿真模型,仿真结果表明该组合控制方案可行。但仿真中PID控制器不能很好的保持系统稳定性,因此设计了模糊控制器修正控制方案,使响应特性得到明显改善。最后通过实验验证,结果表明本方案可以有效降低系统能耗。In allusion to different work conditions of hydraulic excavator working device, a combination control scheme based on flow control and pressure control is developed in order to make the flow not affected by the load change and also reduce the back pressure. According to this combination control scheme, the co-simulation model was established. The simulation result indicated that this combination control scheme was feasible. But PID control in the simulation could not keep system's stability well. Thus the fuzzy controller was designed to amend the control scheme, and the response quality of the system was fairly improved. At last, experiment was operated, and the results show the control scheme can reduce system's energy consumption effectively.
