摘 要:多边形磨损是汽车轮胎磨损研究中的一个新课题,具有重要的理论价值和研究意义。考虑轮胎接地摩擦的非线性特性以及胎面与路面相互作用导致的磨损,建立了基于LuGre摩擦模型的胎面侧向自激振动动力学模型,分析轮胎多边形磨损的产生条件和磨损边数的计算公式,并通过数值仿真进行了验证。结果表明,轮胎多边形磨损的发生与胎面的侧向振动有关,且只在特定的车速下才会出现;磨损边数近似等于胎面的侧向振动频率与车轮转动频率之比。Polygonal wear of tire is a new subject of the tire wear study which has great theoretical value and research meaning.Considering the nonlinear characteristic of tire's grounding friction and the wear caused by the interaction between tread and pavement,a dynamic model of tread's lateral self-excited vibration is established based on LuGre friction model,and the production condition of polygonal wear and the calculation formula of wear number are analyzed which are verified by numerical simulations.The results show that: the polygonal wear is related to tread's lateral self-excited vibration which occurs only at specific speeds;wear number is nearly equivalent to the ratio of the lateral vibration frequency of tire tread to the rotational frequency of tire.
