摘 要:对兆瓦级风力发电机组的液压变桨机构进行了简化,在SolidWorks中建立了简化机构的三维实体模型,并用COSMOSMotion对其进行了运动仿真。通过仿真分析了控制油缸驱动变桨时,变桨机构各个主要构件尺寸参数与控制油缸所需性能之间的关系。其结果表明,将变桨机构中摇杆和连杆的杆长调节到合适的尺寸时,机构对控制油缸的性能要求降低,其运动也更平稳,桨叶受到的冲击更小;控制油缸在驱动变桨过程中所受到的阻力与摇杆和连杆的长度无关,而与它们之间的夹角有关。Hydraulic pitch mechanism of a MW wind turbine is simplified and researched,then a three-dimensional solid model with simplified structure is established with SolidWorks,which motion simulation is carried out by COSMOSMotion.The relationship between the dimensions of components and the performance of control cylinder were analyzed by simulation,which results show that performance requirements of the mechanism to control cylinder is lowed,movement of mechanism is more stable with less shock upon blade when the length of rocker and connecting rod is adjusted to a appropriate size;while the resistance load acted on hydraulic cylinder is not affected by the length of connecting rod and rocker,but is affected by the angle between them,when the pitch mechanism is driven by control cylinder.
