普通高校公共体育田径课价值的研究

摘　　要：田径运动被称作是运动之母,是任何运动的基础,并且各高校每年也都举办田径运动会,然而很多高校都已不开设田径课程,并有进一步被弱化的趋势。通过对选修田径课的普通高校学生与全国学生的心、肺质量平均值的实证研究表明,公共体育田径课有其特定的价值。Track and field sport is called mother of sports and it is the base of any sports. All colleges and universities hold an athletic meeting each year. However many colleges dont have athletics class any more, and there is a trend to weaken the class. No doubt that it is a huge contrast. The track and field sports of public P. E. have specific value, which has been proved by researching on the average value of heart and lungs quality of the college students who take athletics as an elective course and the students of the whole country.
