摘　　要：本文定义了同解方程的概念,证明了求Fuzzy矩阵方程的定理;并指出了与此定理类似的定理的错误。This paper defines the concept of the equation of the same solution, proves the theorem of finding the equation of the same solution as fuzzy matrix equations, and points out the error or the other concerned theorem.
