摘 要:结合预浸带在铺叠过程中的特点,分析了铺带成型压力对铺带工艺过程和最终成型构件的影响。对双曲面的特点进行了研究,阐述了通用5轴铺带机在铺放此类曲面时所遇问题及对策。为了更好地解决传统铺带机由于缺少俯仰自由度所造成的铺带头压力方向与模具表面不能垂直的问题,提出了6轴自动铺带机构型,并分析了改进机构在铺放双曲面时的可行性以及相对于5轴铺带机构型的优势。基于D-H法建立该铺带机构的数学模型及运动学解逆;最后以某典型双曲面为例,建立针对本机构的加工仿真系统,验证了该机构针对双曲面铺放的可行性。According to the charactistic of prepreg in tape-laying, effect of the processing pressure on craft process of automatic tape-laying(ATL) and final product is presented. The charactistic of hyperbolical curvature surface is analyzed. The problem traditional 5-axis ATL machine encountered and countermeasure is presented. As traditional ATL machine lack of pitch degree of freedom, the pressure orientation of its header can not be perpendicular to the mold surface. To solve this problem, a 6-axis ATL mechanism is put forward. The feasibility and reasonableness of the new mechanism to process hyperbolical curvature surface is analyzed, and the superiority compared with 5-axis ATL machine is also deduced. Configuration mathematic model is established and kinematic problems are analyzed based on D-H method. The visual simulations of this new automated tape laying equipment and a case study of a typical hyperbolical are achieved. At last the new tape laying mechanism applied to the hyperbolical surface is verified.
