摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"的启动,对高层次的技术本科人才提出了新的要求。目前,我国技术本科教育还属于新生教育类型,面临诸多生态短板。而德国应用科技大学在整合政府、学校、企业力量,构建技术本科人才培养的健康生态环境方面有比较成熟的经验和操作模式,这为思考我国技术本科教育外部生态保障体系和内部生态发展体系带来有价值的启示。The launching of ＂cultivation plan of excellent engineers＂ put forward new requirements for high-level technological bachelor talents. Nowadays, the technological bachelor education in China is only a new education type, which faces various ecological shortages. The applied technological universities in Germany has accumulated mature experiences and operational models in the aspects of integrating the forces of government, schools and enterprises and building healthy ecological environment for talent cultivation of technological bachelor talents, which provide worthwhile enlightenments for technological bachelor education in exterior assurance system and interior ecological development system.
