摘  要:利用磁控溅射技术制备CrTiA lN、TiN及类石墨(G raph ite L ike Carbon)硬质镀层,以高速钢为对比,通过摩擦因数及磨损形貌等研究不同镀层与纯铜的干摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,镀层的摩擦因数是决定与纯铜摩擦磨损性能的首要因素,摩擦因数越小,摩擦副之间的磨损性能越好;而与纯铜对磨时,摩擦副的摩擦因数取决于组成摩擦副材料之间的润湿性,材料的润湿性越差,则摩擦因数越低,因此具有减摩耐磨的GLC碳膜是与工业纯铜对磨的最佳镀层。CrTiAlN,TiN and GLC(Graphite Like Carbon) were prepared by using magnetron sputtering,and dry tribological properties of coatings against pure copper were studied by friction coefficients measuring and worn morphology observing of samples.The results show that the tribological properties against the pure copper,the key factor is the friction coefficient of the hard coatings,and the lower friction coefficient,the more excellent wear performance of the pure copper.The friction coefficient is decided by the wettability of the wear couples,the worse wettability between the coating and pure copper,the lower friction coefficient can be gained.At last,the GLC is the optimized coating for cutting pure copper due to its excellent tribology properties for low friction coefficient and high hardness.
