摘 要:研究了茶树花多糖的提取方法,通过正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,影响茶树花多糖提取各因素的主次顺序为超声波功率、浸提温度、料液比,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1:20,超声波功率90W,浸提温度为70℃,在此工艺条件下茶树花多糖提取得率1.324%。This article introduces the extraction technology ofpolysaccharides based on Camellia. The best producing technique condition to produce the polysaccharides of Camellia were determined by orthogonal experiment. The result indicated that the powe most significantly influenced the extraction yield of Camellia polysaccharide. But the extracting temperature and the rate of material to liquid had no significant correlation. Results showed the best technical condition was as follows: the ratio of material and liquor was 1 : 20, the power was 90W and extraction temperature was 90 ℃.The extraction yield of polysaccharides was 1.324% in the optimal technical condition.
