摘  要:结合高层次人才的绩效特点,对我国高层次人才的绩效评价模型和数学计算方法进行了研究,并对指标的确定原则、计算方法、评价标准设定及各指标的计量过程展开论述。构建了高层次人才绩效评价指标体系,以及基于AHP的我国高层次人才战略绩效模糊综合评价模型,以对高层次人才绩效进行综合评价。Based on the performance characteristics of high-level personnel in our country,performance evaluation model on the high-level personnel was investigated and the mathematical calculation methods were studied.The index determining principle,calculation method,evaluation standard setting and the index measuring process were discussed.Index system of performance evaluation on high-level talents was established.And based on AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was proposed to evaluate the strategic performance of high-level talents.
