摘  要:SERCOS是一种专门用于控制单元与数字伺服装置及可编程控制器之间、实现实时数据通讯的国际标准协议,具有开放性、兼容性、支持高速数据传输、高分辨率等优点。基于SERCOS现场总线技术,详细介绍适用于运动控制器和伺服驱动器之间数据交换的高速、高精度通信接口的软件设计流程和具体技术细节。并通过实际运行,验证了该软件方案的可行性及各项功能的有效性。SERCOS is a serial communication protocol standards which is used in real-time data communication between the control unit and digital servo devices or programmable controllers of industrial machinery and electrical equipment,with the advantages of openness,compatibility,support for high-speed data communication,high-resolution rate and so on.Basing on SERCOS fieldbus technology,the design process and specific technical details of high-speed,high-precision communication interface software were illustrated which was self-designed for data exchange between the motion controller and servo driver.It is shown by the actual running and debugging that the whole software solution is feasible and various functions are effective.
