摘　　要：选取了上海市12所高校的229名辅导员,从职业认同与角色定位、道德素质与工作规范、队伍结构与专业层次、专业知识与业务培训、专业技能与工作绩效等方面,对上海市四种类型的高校辅导员专业化发展现状进行深入调查。调查显示,我国高校辅导员专业化发展水平虽有所提升,但仍存在诸多问题,国家和高校应当通过有效措施加强辅导员专业化建设进程。From the professional identity and role orientation,and moral qualities and work norms,team structure and professional level,professional knowledge and professional training,professional skills and job performance,etc.of 229 counsellor selected from 12 universities in Shanghai,the article conduct a thorough investigation on four types of professional development status of university counsellors the Shanghai City.The survey shows that though the level of professional development of university counsellors is increasing,there are still many problems,the country and universities should adopt effective measures to strengthen the process of constructing the professional counsellor.
