摘　　要：通过查阅国外高校工业工程专业的相关网站和文献资料,客观地展示国外优秀院校在工业工程人才培养和课程设置方面的情况;同时介绍了国内院校工业工程的教育概况。然后将两者进行比较分析,从而找出国内院校与国外优秀院校在工业工程人才培养与课程设置上的差异。最后,提出国内院校在工业工程人才培养中的不足和需要改进的地方,并根据我国教育的特点给出一些较为可行的建议和方法,从而对我国工业工程教育体系的完善有所启示。Based on websites of foreign universities and relevant literatures in industrial engineering,the article objectively presents the status of foreign excellent universities on talent training and curriculum systems of industrial engineering;also introduced the domestic education profiles of industrial engineering.Then made a comparative analysis of the two,and found the differencesin of industrial engineering talent training and curriculum in good domestic universities and foreign universities.Finally,the article put forward the gaps and areas for improvement in the industrial engineering talents of the domestic universities,and give some more practical suggestions and methods according to the characteristics of education in China,and thus have implications for the improvement of engineering education system in our industry.
