摘　　要：利用现有环境试验数据并加以整理,在Windows操作系统环境下,采用SQL Server数据库管理系统,设计和创建了基于C/S结构中密度纤维板热压过程工艺参数数据库系统。该系统主要包括网络数据库管理系统和查询系统两大部分,易于扩展,功能强大,可实现局域网/广域网上的数据共享。并且针对工艺参数数据库采用BP神经网络优化算法,优化工艺参数,找到最优的加工参数,降低加工成本和降低能耗。Using existing data for environmental tests,a database system based on C/S structure for the pressing-process parameters of MDF has been designed and created using SQL Server database management system and the Windows operating system.The database system includes a network database management system and a query system.It is easy to expand,powerful and enables LAN/WAN data sharing.Moreover,the BP neural-network optimization technique has been used for the database.The process parameters can be optimized and the optimum processing parameters can be found.The processing costs can thus be lowered and the energy consumption can be reduced.
