解读美国明尼苏达州K12媒介艺术课程标准

摘　　要：自20世纪70年代以来,美国的媒介素养教育获得了很大地进展,加利福尼亚州、北卡罗来纳州、佛罗里达州和新墨西哥州纷纷通过有关立法来推行媒介素养教育。美国明尼苏达州位于美国中西部,向来重视公共教育、文化事业,为了更好地开展媒介素养教育,州政府根据州情制定了《K12媒介艺术课程标准》。通过翻译其标准,将K0-4、K5-8、K9-12三个阶段媒介艺术课程标准进行归类分析,然后分析其媒介素养教育的特点,为我国的媒介素养教育提供借鉴思路。Since l970s,Media Literacy Education has made a great progress in the United States.The State of California,North Carolina,Florida,and New Mexico have passed the relevant legislation to implement the Media Literacy Education.Minnesota which is located in the Midwest in America,has been seriously cared about the public education and culture.In order to better develop the Media Literacy Education,the state government has formulated the curriculum standard of K12 Media Art according to the state demands.By translating the curriculum standards and combing the details of the three stages（K0-4,K5-8,K9-12）,and then analyzes the characteristics of Media Literacy Education in the State of Minnesota in order to provide reference for China.
