摘　　要：研究标准分在八年制医学教育临床见习分组考核课程成绩处理中的应用。在各组学生学习水平一致的前提下，将分组考核各组成绩转化为线性标准分，并对处理结果和优秀分界分数的确定进行讨论，使各组成绩之间具有更多的可比性。In order to investigate the application of standard score in the examination of eight-year program＇s clinical practice and to keep consistency of learning level among groups, we translate the original scores into standard scores and discuss the results and how to define the excellent grade so that the scores may have more comparability.
