摘  要:目的让年轻护士更快更好的掌握各种知识,适应临床工作。方法对不同年限的护士给予不同的重点进行培训,再通过考核了解培训的效果。结果经过系统培训的低年资的护士能快速适应胸心外科的护理工作。结论系统化的培训能使低年资护士更快更好地掌握各种知识,尽快适应胸心外科的临床工作,减轻了由于适应不良、工作紧张等带来的压力,并迅速地提高带教和科研的能力,找到了存在感,提高了满足感。Objective To make junior nurses faster,better grasp all kinds of knowledge,and adapt to clinical work. Method To give different training according to different ages,and then to evaluate the effect. Result Systemicly-trained junior nurses could quickly adapt to the cardiothoracic nursing work. Conclusion Systemic training makes junior nurses quickly adapt to the cardiothoracic nursing work,and reduce the pressures due to maladjustment,nervousness,and rapidly improve the ability of teaching and scientific research,find a sense of presence and improve the satisfaction.
