摘 要:目的了解实习结束的护理本科生专业认同程度及其影响因素,为护生的专业情感教育提供依据。方法采用胡忠华等所编制"护理本科生专业认同调查问卷",对某医科大学实习刚结束的120名2006级护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生专业认同总分(77.81±9.73)分,处于一般水平,专业情感维度得分最低,专业期望维度得分最高;男护生在专业价值观维度上得分高于女护生(P<0.05);三级甲等医院实习的护生专业认同高于在二级甲等医院实习的护生(P<0.05);第四志愿录取的护生专业认同程度最低(P<0.05);因自己喜欢的原因而选择护理专业的护生专业认同显著高于其他原因就读护理专业的护生(P<0.01)。结论实习结束的护理本科生专业认同水平中等,因自己喜欢而就读护理专业者专业认同程度最高;护理本科生专业认同程度还与性别、实习医院等级、不同录取方式有关。促进护理本科生专业认同需要社会、教师及护生各方面的共同努力。Objective To understand the perception of professional identity among undergraduate nursing students after practice and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods "The Questionnaire of Professional Identity among Undergraduate Nursing Students" was applied to survey 120 students from one medical university.Results The total score of professional identity was 77.81±9.73,which was in the middle level.The highest and lowest score were from professional affection and professional expectations.Male students got higher score than female students did in professional value(P0.05).Students who practiced in class Ⅲ grade Ⅰ hospitals got higher score in professional identity than those did in other hospitals(P0.05).Different matriculations also played a part in the perception of professional identity(P0.05).Besides,students who chose nursing as their first major got higher score than those who did not(P0.01).Conclusion The overall level of professional identity is at medium.Students choosing nursing because of professional desire get the highest scores of professional identity and other influencing factors of professional identity involve gender,intern hospital and matriculation.Society,teachers and nursing students need to work together to develop the perception of professional identity.
