摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊新护士带教方法,使新护士能迅速适应急诊工作模式,提高急诊工作效率。方法:回顾分析我院急诊科近两年50名新护士的带教工作。结果:急诊新护士带教工作的开展存在多种问题。结论:找出存在问题的原因并作出相应对策,提高带教质量,使新护士能尽快适应急诊临床工作。Objective： Discuss the way we teach the new nurses in emergency department, make them promptly be adapted to emergency working style and improve the working efficiency. Method： Retrospectively analyze the teaching task of 50 new nurses who came into emergency department dur/ng the past two years. Result： Many problems exist in the teaching of new nurses. Conclusion： Find the reasons for the problems and make countermeasure to improve the teaching quality, make the new nurses be adapted to emergency work as soon as possible.
